Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fayrouz Tile and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected natural stone or tile products do not meet your expectations, you may return unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all tiles are securely packed in their original, unopened packaging and stacked on a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Arrange for shipping to our designated distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the product arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and quantity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
